Tomcat startup script for automatic startup at boot on Linux

Follow instructions from here to copy the no-install tomcat
We are using same mysql user to chown the tomcat dir recursively. who cares!

Create a tomcat.sh file in bin dir and copy the below code. there are better alternatives of using Linux systemctl service scripts that work better, described in other articles of this website.
